Attindas Hygiene Partnersdesigns, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for life-cycle recruitment for positions within Attindas and will provide support some HR responsibilities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and local HR to recruit the best qualified candidates for open positions. Key deliverables for this role include providing world-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. The position requires an energetic, creative, and results oriented individual. The ideal candidate enjoys candidate research, passive candidate outreach and a high level of business engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Iife-cycle recruitment for positions within Attindas
  • Post and advertise open requisitions
  • Conduct active searches for candidates for the designated open positions while reviewing incoming applicants
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with universities, employment agencies and other recruitment resources. Build networks and professional relationships to attract passive candidates. Develop an effective network of key talent from competitors and industry leaders
  • Provide training and resources to ensure proper preparation for interviews and selection of candidates
  • Pre-Screen, evaluate and recommend applicants for interviews. Interview candidates for leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential
  • Ensure good communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Ensure each applicant's progression through the selection process is documented in the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule panel interviews, write job offer letters, coordinate BG/DS
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years corporate recruitment background
  • Bachelor's degree
