Description: Our client is currently seeking a Tax Accountant with strong experience in tax associated with asset and wealth management.
This position is with a Big 4 firm. This is a contract form early January to late April. This position is fully remote
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Preparation/review of US federal & state partnership tax returns for one or more clients.
- Accounting degree
- Public Accounting experience
- Federal and state partnership tax return compliance including forms 1065, K-1 & K-3, 1042 etc.
- Tax adjustments relevant to private equity and hedge funds including wash sales, straddles, PFICS, currencies etc.
