A national nonprofit is looking for Teacher Assistants to join their organization! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing children and assisting with their development and education. Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of children ages 6 weeks to Pre-Kindergarten
• Account for children and ensure there is a constant focus on their interactions and activities
• Assess and document children's development during classroom time
• Interact with the children and manage their behavior with patience, support, and empathy
• Assist with clean up areas, materials and supplies, food service, and tidying the classroom

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience working with children
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention
• Uphold organizational values by demonstrating respect and integrity
