JOB DESCRIPTION
The Technical Writer will be responsible for maintenance of operations documentation which includes applications and systems. The role also will be responsible for creating, delivering and updating internal technical documentation for operations systems processes, procedures, user manuals and quick reference guides. They will also maintain accurate records and documentation for auditors to ensure the organization meets all relevant legal and compliance requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years in technical writing
