Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager which will oversee the Maintenance Manager as well as other managers for a large VA based food manufacturer

COMPENSATION: 130k to 150k

LOCATION: near Luray, VA

PREFER TO HAVE: Engineering degree (electrical Engineering Preferred)

PREFER TO HAVE: 5+ years working with networking and automation system design experience

PREFER TO HAVE: Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)

• Technical Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (strongly preferred) OR
• At least 15 years of comprehensive industrial maintenance expertise and demonstrably successful achievements.
• Management Experience: A minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible leadership roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Prior experience in a food processing environment (highly desirable).
• Availability: Commitment to a flexible work schedule.
• Organizational and Communication Skills: Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Problem-Solving and Collaboration Skills: Adept at devising solutions, fostering teamwork, and resolving conflicts constructively.
• Knowledge Sharing: Enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and mentoring others in maintenance and technical practices.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with lean manufacturing and/or Six-Sigma methodologies (preferred). PLC programming experience is a valuable asset.
