We are looking for a full-time responsible Technical Services Project Coordinator to perform a variety of operational support tasks to include assets and logistics. This position will report directly to the Technical Support Services Manager and contributes directly to our company's operational success. Duties of the Project Coordinator include providing support to our technical support service line, assisting in daily operational needs to include procurement (subcontract agreements/purchase order), schedule coordination, and resource management. Ultimately, a successful project coordinator partners with the service line manager to ensure efficient, daily operations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Support production and delivery of client project deliverables
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled client and team meetings
  • Assist the company's technical services management team with data entry and report generation as need
  • Collaborates with operational managers and various support functions such as administration, accounting, human resources, safety, risk, marketing/business development, and information technology to ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate requirements
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors for optimal cost and efficiency outcomes
  • Manage the procurement needs to include project materials, equipment, office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Complete all paperwork and/or electronic updates as required
  • Participate in the company's continuous improvement programs and provides support to team efforts
  • Develop processes and procedures as needed to enhance communication across the service line
  • Coordinate Enterprise Fleet Management resources to ensure our company fleet is operational and ready to support our project field work
  • Schedule/coordinate equipment cleaning, calibrations, and testing
  • Order, track, and return rental equipment and tools as defined
  • Collect broken equipment and remove from service, notify supervisor what is needed to replace, and what can be repaired
  • Schedule repairs where possible
  • Always maintains confidentiality of company's operations and business development efforts
Job Requirements
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Education and Experience
  • Prior experience in logistics, procurement, and/or asset management ideal, but not required.
Working Conditions

Physical Demands
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee may be required to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, and is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. There may be occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor of supplies and materials weighing no more than 30 pounds. The work may involve some bending, standing, or walking. Job duties are not hazardous or physically strenuous.

Work Environment
Primarily normal office working conditions in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. The noise level is usually quiet.

Travel
Travel is unlikely for this position. Extended periods of travel are not typically required to fulfill job duties. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Pay-$40,000-$60,000 per year

Competitive pay commensurate with qualifications and experience.
