Job Summary: Familiar with all aspects of electrical & mechanical preventive and continuous maintenance practice, the ability to prepare a quote, coordinate a job/project and assist the salespeople with sales of all TAW's services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Good documentations of all job walks (verbal, electronic, writing etc).
  • The ability to listen and adhere to customer request in a timely manner.
  • The ability to strategically place job requirements into an affective quotation.
  • Able to visit customer with the general sales force to discuss the technical aspects of the job.
  • Maintain job files in the proper location and documentation.
  • Follow-up on all quotes in a timely manner (3-days).
  • Detailed oriented is a must in reviewing all external reports.
  • Driving sale group to growth the TAW business.
  • Maintain a customer service mentality.
  • Remind customers of services offered through TAW®.
  • Partners with the general sales department in serving the customer.
  • Work parallel with other departments to help sale the project as needed.
  • Savvy in problem solving.
  • Assisting with supervising all technicians when needed.
  • The ability to evaluate each technician in the areas of job performance and report the information to Plant Manager.
  • Adhere to all company policies.
  • Observe all safety procedures and policies and use proper protective equipment (especially eye, ear protection and steel toe shoes/boots, gloves, etc.)
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Report all injuries, near misses and accidents immediately to a supervisor.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and 5 years related experience and/or training; or Bachelor degree (BS) in engineering and 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical journals and reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and customers.
  • Ability to work with a computer: excel, word, adobe etc. Using these skills to write reports and other documents as needed.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
