Job Description:
JOB DUTIES: Under immediate supervision, processes and maintains varied records and written materials through the use of established clerical procedures (such as scanning, data entry, sorting/filing correspondence and documents), and operates office machines, switchboard operation, personal computers, and associated software, pertinent to the purposes of an office, program, or administration operations; performs related work as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and the public to exchange information; compute and total figures involving the use of addition, subtractions, multiplication, and division; operate office machines including personal computer and word processing software.
