RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a full-time Test Senior Engineer - to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.Summary:As a Test Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the company is consistently exceeds our Customer Experience expectations by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in our software and processes while working with our partners in IT to resolve them quickly, creating dashboards and reports to keep our internal business partners aligned with status, and presenting results as you represent our team to all levels of management.Responsibilities:

• Test Senior Engineer will implement a continuous improvement process for test plans, test cases, and automation during and after test projects
• Mentors new engineers in the test group
• Evaluates effectiveness of test plan during and after test projects
• Evaluates test methodologies to reduce test time and increase test coverage
• Test Senior Engineer drives use of automation and test tools and pushes for process improvement where possible
• Works with the extended engineering team to ensure completion of all required testing, and monitors project progression
• Executes test automation scripts
• Develop & maintain online dashboards & reports
• Test Senior Engineer will represent team's efforts & results in weekly status calls

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technology related field
• Typically requires 2 years of related experience
• Solid understanding of hardware and software system architecture
• Solid understanding of hardware and software interactions and able to apply this understanding to resolve issues
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency in creating reports using common Microsoft tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)
• High degree of comfortability presenting & speaking to all levels of management
• An endless desire to exceed expectations
• Experience in developing & executing automation test suites
