Overview
What you'll do:
•Test end-of-line products to meet customer and quality expectations.
•Work closely with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks.
•Perform work, rework, testing, and troubleshooting related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies.
•Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
•Develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and/or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process.
•Have broad knowledge and skills in the discipline and related fields.
•Complete assignments in a creative and effective manner.
•Exercise latitude in determining the approach to work and/or use of procedures, policies, or processes.
What you'll bring:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic/mechanical assembly.
•An Oracle background (preferred)
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
•Familiarity with hand and power tools.
•Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
•Experience with 5S or other Lean tools (desired).
•Moderate computer skills.
