YOUR ROLE

To develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in support of new business implementations within Ceva Logistics, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful operational execution.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Develop training materials and curriculum tailored to new business implementations.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees involved in new business ventures.
  • Customize training programs to address specific needs and requirements of different departments and job roles.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and departmental leaders to identify training needs and priorities.
  • Assist in the development of training schedules and logistics coordination.
  • Support trainees during the implementation phase to ensure smooth transition and application of learned skills.
  • Maintain documentation and records of training activities and participant progress.
  • Updates on training plan and progress to Project Manager, HR site Leadership, and Site Operational leadership weekly
  • Coordinating with operational site leadership daily to organized training time, location, and resources.
  • Working daily with Site Staffing Agencies and HR leadership to coordinate the training of new temporary staffing (talent partners)
  • Working daily with technical writers to coordinate the development of work instructions and training aides.
  • Conducting training for staffing at all levels involved with the implementation - daily
  • The role will advocate for training cost items such as rooms, materials, supplies, aides, signage, and video production and will coordinate the efficient use of the cost items but will not have approval authority above nominal levels and will not have direct reports.
  • Lead, direct and manage direct reports
  • Ensuredirectives, rules and procedures are communicated to all staff
  • Personally coach, train and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities through training and quality management activities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain environment
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
  • 3.5 Years people management

Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Characteristics:
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
  • demonstrated leadership skills in influencing departments and implementing and managing change
