Community Health Center, Inc. Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Training Group Team Lead position is responsible for managing the coordination of the training schedules, training projects of the CHC Training Group. The Team Lead will partner with the Training Manager, HR, IT, Operational and Clinical leadership to coordinate delivery of training based on organizational needs. In addition the Training Team Lead must maintain knowledge of all related Operational, Clinical and Business Training initiatives and be knowledgeable of standard Operational and Clinical workflows that pertain to the EHR and Business systems, in order to incorporate these standards into the courses trained. The Training Team Lead works with the Training Manager to organize training projects and team tasks needed to complete deliverables. The Training Team Lead will be Training Lead or co-Lead on multiple projects, partnering with the Training Manager to ensure group members have needed tools and information to complete group and individual training goals; as well as, proactively work to identify and remove project completion barriers.
The Training Team Lead will assist the Training Manager with internal group and project communications and act as a delegate, when needed, to manage project communications, group members PTO requests/approvals, Performance Appraisals and/or organizational tasks. The Training Team Lead will provide feedback/assessments on group performance, and provide solutions to increase the group's overall performance.
The Training Team Lead is also responsible for delivering virtual classroom and one-on-one training to all CHC and MWHS employee roles on business systems; and also, responsible for delivering Virtual Clinical Technical Training to all clinical roles. The Training Team Lead must have expert skill level in the creation and maintenance of curriculum and training materials; as well as, identify future training needs and partner with Training Manager to create course curriculum.
