RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a UI Engineer to research and work on an open-source project called Autogen, which is a multi-agent platform and one of the signature projects in the agent AI space. The team consists of researchers, scientists, and designers, and the contractors would report directly to Sponsor, who leads design on the team.Summary:The UI Engineer would be working on two main projects: the website and the product UI of Autogen. They would be responsible for reviewing the website designs, selecting the appropriate web technologies, building the website, and architecting the product UI using fluent design language. The UI Engineer will review the website designs, select the appropriate web technologies, build the website, and architect the product UI using fluent design language. They would also work with the other engineers and designers on the team, and report directly to the sponsor, who leads design on the project. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of amazing researchers and scientists.REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-10 overall years of experience in the field
- 8-10 years of experience with HTML
- 8-10 years experience with JavaScript
- 8-10 years experience with Typescript
- Experience with fluent design language and web-based technologies, especially if they have built something with Fluent Design system
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript, etc.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
