General Care Account Manager/Sales Enablement - Patient Monitoring

6 Month Contract-to-Hire

CA Based Candidates Preferred (Fully Remote)

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be an integral part of this dynamic team as a General Care Account Manager (GCAM) of the Connected Care team. This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and to the overall growth of our business.

You are responsible for:

  • Deep insights of customer needs and Doctor/Physician needs.
  • Understands national and regional market dynamics.
  • Establish Value Proposition that aligns with customer/ physician needs
  • Owns the customer experience including challenges with current solutions and vendors/partners
  • Establishing relationships within your assigned accounts focus on General Care Solutions, OB Solutions and Remote Patient Monitoring
  • Build a Business Plan that supports achievement of your Quota Understand customer needs and drive sales efforts. Ensure the Business Plan includes balanced selling.
  • Build and Manage territory funnel. Funnel must be adequate to meet quota targets on a rolling 6 months basis. Accurately forecast your funnel using metrics and achievement of goals Research target opportunities and generate account leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
  • Ability to demonstrate product solutions for General Care, RPM, Chronic Care Management.
  • Uncovering and communicating opportunities to appropriate team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete Business Territory Planning
  • Identify market trends, adapt engagement strategy and development of Competitive selling strategies
  • Understanding of Clinical Practice and workflow changes
  • Partner with customer to sell solutions and services within your assigned territory.
  • Share best practices with internal colleagues
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • 5+ years of previous medical consumables (preferable) and/or medical equipment, pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience calling at all levels within hospitals, primary care, administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, purchasing / materials management, etc.
  • Knowledge of primary care and chronic care management in assigned territory desirable.
  • Candidates should have proven experience in sales, clinical/nursing, technical/biomedical, or engineering.
  • Professional sales skills, experience, appearance and manner.
  • Proven track record of consistent top sales performance preferred.
