Sr. Director I - Omni Strategy & Data:

Want to help redefine how Walmart customers shop? The Senior Director I, Omni Strategy and Data position is a critical leadership role that will create and execute an overarching strategy to help chart the future path for how customers interact with Walmart. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities and driving key initiatives across the enterprise while collaborating with Business, Product, Design, and Tech teams to help customers save money, time, and effort in managing their everyday shopping needs. You will drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create truly frictionless customers experiences and help our omni-channel businesses grow.

You'll make an impact by:
* Developing a future vision for key programs - You'll build a strategy to grow our P&L, further our organizational goals, and take each of our services to the next level, leveraging market research and customer insights along the way to craft our narrative
* Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders - You'll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site's strategic direction and execution.
* Monitoring and reporting on our business health and performance through analytics and key metrics - You'll oversee the development of metrics and dashboards to monitor the health of our key services, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders to influence the overall direction for each of the programs.
* Operating with excellence - You'll land the fundamentals and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
* Plan with a purpose - You'll lead business planning efforts to ensure that business objectives and initiatives are organized and well socialized to drive enterprise alignment and prioritization.

Minimum Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 6 years' equivalent experience in strategy, P&L management, eCommerce, data and analytics, or related area
* 10+ year's supervisory experience

Preferred Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in business or related field preferred
* 15+ years related experience in business management, product management, merchandising, strategy, project management, or related field
* 10+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
* 10+ years of experience in consumer-focused environment
* Proven experience in building and scaling profitable eCommerce and/or services initiatives and strategies
* Experience in performing project management functions for a large and growing business
* Experience managing a P&L and/or operating a profitable business under cost constraints
* Strong customer obsession focused on building the right experience for our customer
* Strong communications skills and emotional intelligence, driving outcomes through influence
* Strong knowledge of data architecture and structuring / interpreting complex analyses
* Analytical, organized, and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
* Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
* Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
* Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
