Responsibilities
- Review construction and utilities plans
- Updating conflict matrix and necessary trackers
- Meets as necessary with project team to understand project priorities and needs.
- Collects, coordinates and analysis shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data through the duration of the project to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.
- Attend meetings with the utility owners, client and the construction team. Agenda and minutes preparation
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers.
- Cataloging all outstanding issues to completion
- Cost control management, including managing budgets for projects, handling submission of pay forms and approving.
