Service Designer/Researcher
A Service Designer/Researcher is responsible for creating satisfying or compelling experiences for users of a digital product. In this role, you will work on a cross-functional team, partnering closely with stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, and software developers. This is a generalist position that includes both user experience design and research aspects. This individual will be a member of the Discovery team, focusing on consumer desirability with feasibility in mind and following a human-centered, hypothesis-driven approach to framing problems and opportunity areas.

Skills:

• Broad knowledge of research methodologies and the proven ability to execute the right methodology to get the needed result
• Experience mapping and driving system-level improvements and products within complex service environments
• Strong written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Ability to independently drive multiple concurrent research projects in an agile environment
• Familiarity with the technical considerations involved in research for complex systems
