RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a UX/UI Designer that designs html prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of web-based applications.Responsibilities:- Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles
- Implements the user interface design
- Works with the product development team to design online user experiences
- Ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to detail out the information architecture of the product
- Strong interactive design skills using Figma
- Strong communication skills
- Good listener, strong attention to details
- Prior experience in building enterprise platform products in spaces like experimentation, personalization, and web
- Ability to independently research and quickly come up with lo-fi/wireframe proposals to help stakeholders visualize solutions and uncover use-cases
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
