RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Burbank, CA that is seeking a Video and Static Specs Tech Manager, who will be a technical spec expert for video/display and key art. In this role, the Video and Static Specs Tech Manager will be helping media buyers figure out which specs are needed and working with production team on corrections from their team, and helping with creating the spec technical library in Airtable. Candidates can work remote, however West Coast is preferred.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in traffic/production management
- Short form experience is an absolute must - they must understand the marketing and short form environment for technical specs for display
- Experience with shooting, editing, and post-production of video
- Extensive knowledge of video and static formats
- Excellent administrative, project management, and communication skills, with proven experience in managing concurrent projects
- Ability to work proactively, collaboratively, and effectively under pressure with a wide variety of staff and outside partners
- Knowledge and proficiency in project management software (Airtable experience strongly desirable)
- Positive attitude with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Experience in the production of short-form video content or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Airtable is nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
