We're growing rapidly and are searching for a VIP Promotions Specialist who will ensure our VIP customers receive best in class promotional offerings while optimising business performance. In this role you will have the opportunity to build out our VIP promotional calendar, execute promotional campaigns, and analyze promotion performance; as well as delving into various performance aspects of our VIP customer cohort, presenting insights and making actionable recommendations that will help mould VIP Strategy going forward. What you'll do as a VIP Promotions Specialist, Online Sportsbook:

• You'll ensure that our Online Sportsbook VIP promotional calendar is first-class along every step of our customers lifecycle with DraftKings.
  
• Be a key contributor to our high-value promotion ideation and execution.
  
• Analyze promotion performance as well as key player attributes such as user betting patterns, sport affinity, and bet type preferences; utilizing these insights to gather learnings for future promo plans.
  
• Perform performance deep dives into the VIP customer cohort, identifying positive and negative trends among our KPIs across various levels including states, sports, customer value tiers and more.
  
• Track VIP competitor activity in each market and develop spend measurement programs to track how DK is performing vs market benchmarks.
  
• Work with our Analysts on internal tools and reporting needs, and alongside our VIP Hosts and CRM team to help formulate our planning and collaborate with these stakeholders on executing our promotions to the best possible standard.
  
  

• 2-3 years' experience working in a sportsbook marketing, online promotion or a business performance environment -with a track record of success.
  
• Customer-focused view and strong understanding of what the high value Sportsbook customer wants.
  
• Ability to successfully manage stakeholder relationships in a collaborative and cross functional manner.
  

• Strong ability to analyze, summarize and present performance data.
  
• A desire to learn and progress while working in a fast paced and ever-evolving competitive environment.
  
• A will to win and a drive to ensure Draftkings is the undisputed number one operator in the US Sportsbook market .
