RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a health care services company headquartered in Metuchen NJ, is seeking a VP - Accounting & Finance. This is a dual role. The VP of Accounting & Finance will functionally be both the Controller and the VP Finance. They will report directly to the CFO. Duties will include:- Month end close
- Year end close
- Financial statement prep
- Managing accounting team
- Budgets
- Forecasts
- Variance analysis
- Corporate finance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Fnance or Accounting; Advanced degree a plus
- CPA a plus
- 8 or more years of experience
- 2 or more years of managerial experience
- Prior public accounting experience a plus
- Health care services experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
