Lead team that specializes in Inventory Control Manage warehouse operations Maintain accurate inventory levels Manage and grow employees as part of the Warehouse team Identify potential issues and alert the Material Planner to those issues to ensure proactive prevention Lead continuous improvement workshops and projects and be able to drive KPIs to the team Plan, manage time and multitask effectively Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education/Training (both required and desired):
  • Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required or equivalent experience.
    
    
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Highly experienced with cycle counting practices and applications
  • Good knowledge of and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management as it pertains to warehouse operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced record-keeping skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Security:
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
