Global consulting firm looking to hire a Temp Workplace Assistant to support their Midtown, Manhattan office. The position starts November 28th/29th through December 15th, requires 5 days in the office. Hours: 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests, handle catering orders, keep kitchen organized, order supplies, make coffee, manage conference rooms, printing projects, etc

Qualifications:

  • 1+ administrative /reception/ office management experience
  • Must have an energetic and outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Pay rate:

  • $22-$25/hour
