Our New Jersey client is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction APM and Jr. Estimator to join their team! As the primary point of contact between the estimating team, office team, and field team, you'll be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and timely estimates for heavy civil construction projects. You'll also coordinate with project managers, field teams, and office teams to ensure effective communication, completion of projects, and most importantly, the accuracy of change orders.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid
• A technical field background consisting of site work, excavation, drainage, utilities work, etc.
• Strong experience with RFI's and change orders
• Excellent communication skills
